• Bookings are subject to availability and our policies at checkout

• Cancellation and refund policies are posted during booking; deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation and refunds are at the sole discretion of The Little's Lucan Inc.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure, safety concerns).

 

4. Health & safety / Waiver

Participation in indoor play involves inherent risks. You agree to follow staff instructions and disclose relevant health/allergy information prior to participating in any activities, programs, or play. Parent/guardian supervision is required.

 

5. User conduct

By using our website thelittleslucan.ca or attending The Little’s Lucan Inc. facility, you agree to:

5.1 Respect staff, other guests, and the property

• • Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by staff.

  • Treat other patrons, children, and staff with courtesy and respect.

  • Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or aggressive behavior.

 

5.2 Supervision & responsibility

• • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children under their care at all times.

  • Ensure children follow facility rules and respect other children’s safety.

 

5.3 Safe use of equipment & facilities

• • Use equipment only as intended and safely.

  • Do not bring hazardous items, food, or substances that could cause injury or damage.

  • Report any unsafe conditions or damage immediately to staff.

 

5.4 Online conduct

• • Do not post false or misleading information on our website or social media channels.

  • Do not attempt to interfere with site operations, servers, or security measures.

  • Respect intellectual property rights of The Little’s Lucan Inc. and third parties.

 

5.5 Prohibited activities

• • Any form of harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Vandalism, theft, or deliberate damage to property.

  • Use of alcohol, drugs, or smoking inside the facility.

  • Attempting to bypass security, privacy, or safety systems.

 

5.6 Consequences of violations

• • Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility, cancellation of bookings, or suspension/termination of accounts.

  • Serious or repeated violations may result in legal action.

All website content is owned by The Little’s Lucan Inc. or licensed. Do not reproduce without permission.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.

• • Our total aggregate liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to The Little’s Lucan Inc. for the specific service, program, or booking giving rise to the claim.
